The first way to identify our consumer poles & our pro poles are the color. (Consumer Silver/Blue, Pro Gold/Black) The biggest difference between the 2 are the pro poles have more strength/durability and they also have the ability to replace parts (tips, sections, fasteners). Our Consumer poles are all fixed and certain parts can be replaced but with a little extra work as they are not designed to be fully replaceable.
If you are referring to the Pro REA-C-H Poles, the tip is fully replaceable. As for the consumer poles there is a process in removing the tip using some tools and additional force and attaching our replacement tips with epoxy to the pole.
